Englert, Inc. brings plant manufacturing to the job site with the Series A500 Panel Roll Former, a state-of-the-art roll forming machine that will run a single size panel in various gauges and types of material with minimum adjustments and less scrap. On-site fabrication eliminates shipping damage, short shipments and many sizing errors and affords substantial savings on packaging and freight costs.
Englert Roll Formers mean better products, fewer problems and lower costs. The Series A500's features and capabilities include:
- Runs Steel from 24- to 29-gauge
- Runs Copper, Aluminum, Terne Coat and Stainless Steel
- Infinitely variable full cycle shear
- Separate drive and form rollers to eliminate most oil canning
- Electrically activated Hydraulic drive system and shear
- Optional Electronic Computer Control
The Series A500 Panel machine makes variable size standing 5V crimp pans in any width from 12" (304.8mm) to 24" (609.6 mm). It will accept coil widths from 15 ¾" (400.4mm) to 27 ¾" (704.85mm). The machine is complete with a hydraulic drive system and cast polyurethane drive rollers, 110-volt electric start motor, hydraulic shear that cuts any width panel, and a remote limit switch.
